Inducible GFP stable cell line with RFP marker

$2,000.00

Description

Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system. The cell line has the following two expression cassettes integrated into its genome.

The codon optimized GFP is expressed under an inducible  suCMV promoter. The cell line constitutively expresses the repressor protein (tetR) which stop the GFP’s expression. The GFP expression only occurs when the inducer, tetracycline was added into the culture medium. A RFP-blasticidin fusion dual marker was also constitutively expressed, thus each cell shows strong RFP signal independent of the tetracycline induction.
