Lentivirus expresses a point mutation version (G12D) of human target, KRAS (KRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase), Alternative Names: C-K-RAS; c-Ki-ras2; CFC2; K-Ras; K-RAS2A; K-RAS2B; K-RAS4A; K-RAS4B; KI-RAS; KRAS1; KRAS2; NS; NS3; RALD; RASK2. The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_004985.4, except one mutation at amino acid position 12, as G12D.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression (without any induction) or used for inducible expression upon tetracycline or Dox induction when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present.
A RFP_Blasticidin (Fluorescent-Antibiotic) Fusion dual marker under the RSV promoter allows fluorescence sorting or blasticidin resistance selection of transduced cells. The RFP signal additionally provides convenient, real-time monitoring of the lentivirus’ performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
This is the concentrated lentivirus, provided with higher titer in PBS solution, ready to use.
Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml in PBS.
