Description
Lentivirus express mouse Klf4 gene (click to see its coding sequence ), driven by tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A Neomycin marker was expressed under RSV promoter. It can be used for constitutive high expression, or as tetracycline-inducible expression only when a repressor regulator protein (tetR) is present. See Product Manual (.pdf) for details.
