Description
Premade Lentivirus express mouse target: SNCA (alternative name: PD1, NACP, alpha SYN, aSYN). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001042451
The target is natively expressed under the TetCMV promoter (Note: it can also used as regular constitutive high expression without any inducation required, or optionally, used as inducible expression when used together with a repressor lentivirus, TetR). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers).
