Description
Premade Lentivirus expresses MCP VP1 (click to see its coding sequence) under enhanced CMV promoter, 100% matching to the VP1’s CD sequence in Trichodysplasia Spinulosa-associated Polyomavirus (TSPyV) (Accession ID: KX827417.1).
The lentivirus contains RFP–Blasticidin dual selection, which allows to select the transduced cells via Blasticidin antibiotic or via cell sorting by RFP fluorescent signal.
