Description
Transformed from MDA-MB-231 cells by lentivirus, this cell line co-express the firefly luciferase gene and enhanced RFP fluorescent report, under the same suCMV promoter, as separated two proteins (not as fusion). The Blasticidin marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The following expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome. Each cell demonstrated strong RFP Fluorescent signal and high level of luminescence signal via luciferase assay.
