Description
Transformed from MDA-MB-231 cells by lentivirus expressing enhance RFP fluorescent marker. RFP was expressed under the our proprietary super strong constitutive CMV promoter which demonstrates the strongest RFP signal. Cell line contains a Blasticidin antibiotic selection marker.
The follow expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome. Each cell showed strong RFP fluorescent signal.
