Description
Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Red Fluorescent Protein (mKate) under suCMV promoter. A Puromycin gene under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See Product Manual (.pdf).
mKate has the Ex/Em wavelength as: 588nm/635nm.
It is the concentrated lentivirus in PBS.
