Premade Nano-Lantern Lentivirus for NAD+ indicator/Bioprobe in Nuclear area. It allows for the measurement of NAD+ levels in real-time in live cells and tissues. 

About NAD+: 

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a coenzyme / substrate that plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including energy metabolism, DNA repair, and gene expression. NAD+-consuming enzymes localized to the nucleus, cytosol, and mitochondria.

Nano-Lantern NAD+ indicator / BioProbe: 

This Lentivirus construct the fusion of Orange-Nano-Lantern with a bacterial DNA ligase that that exclusively uses NAD+ as a substrate (click this reference for details: Structure, Vol. 12, 1449–1459, August, 2004). It contains a Nuclear localization sequence, which allows real-time monitoring of NAD+ levels in Nuclear area.  Click Product Manual for product details.
