Description
Pre-made lentivirus for sub-cellular labeling Nucleus area. BFP fluorescent signal only showed in nucleus area targeted via an improved NLS (Nuclear localization sequence) signal. The virus contains a Puromycin antibiotic selection marker which allow to select the positive transduced cells
