Description
Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly Luciferase reporter under the SFFV promoter. It can be used to generate Firefly Luciferase expression cell line for In Vitro and In Vivo imaging, and to check SFFV promoter strength in your given cell types, and to other application.
The spleen focus-forming virus (SFFV) promoter is derived from the SFFV retrovirus and is known for its strong and constitutive activity in a wide range of cell types. It is often used in gene therapy constructs to drive high levels of gene expression in hematopoietic stem cells.
This lentivirus also contain the Puromycin selection under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection of the transduced cells. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at titer of 1 x 108 IFU/ml in PBS (Premixed with 10x polybrene, 60 ug/ml)
