Pre-made lentivirus express GFP flurescent reporter under a native human SYN1 promoter for selective expression in Nurons.
This lentivirus also contain the Neomycin selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
