Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly Luciferase 3 reporter under a native human SYN1 promoter for selective expression in Nurons.
This lentivirus also contain a fluorescent report, RFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
