h CD137 (4-1BB / TNFRSF9) Expression Lentivirus

SKU: LVP1087 Categories: ,

Lentivirus expresses human target: CD137 / TNFRSF9 ( TNF receptor superfamily member 9), (alternative name: 4-1BB; CD137; CDW137; ILA), with coding sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001561. It contains a RFPBlasticidin dual selection marker.

The target was expressed with C-terminal 6His-Tag under the optional inducible CMV promoter (TetCMV) (click to see more technical details). It constitutively expresses the target, but also optional can be used as for the inducible expression when used together with its repressor (TetR). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual selection marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic. RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.  See Product Manual for details (.pdf).

Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml [premixed with 10x of polybrene (60 ug/ml]. (Note: see also other version driven by EF1a promoter, and carrying GFP-Puromycin dual seletion, CAT#: LVP1601).
