YFP (CMV, Puro) lentiviral particles in PBS

Description

Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Yellow Fluorescent Protein (YFP) under suCMV promoter. A Puromycin gene under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See Product Manual (.pdf).

It was concentrated and buffer changed into PBS, does not contains human or animal origin components, best suitable for suspension cell’s transducion and in vivo applications.

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create YFP expression stable cell line (via Puromycin selection);
3. others;

Amount: 1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS
