Description
Pre-made lentivirus express GFP fluorescent reporter under a native human αFP promoter for selective expression in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells.
This lentivirus also contain another fluorescent report, RFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
