Description
Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Cyan Fluorescent Protein (CFP) under the CAG promoter. A Blasticidin (Bsd) selection marker was express under Rsv promoter, which allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See Product Manual (.pdf).
The CAG promoter ( a hybrid of the CMV enhancer and chicken beta-actin promoter) has the highest expression level in embryonic stem (ES) cells.
Amount: 1 x 107 IFU/ml x 200ul in DMEM medium with 10% FBS, 60ug/ml polybrene.
