Description
Pre-made lentivirus expresses human target, IL6 (interleukin 6 (IL-6)), Alternative Names: BSF-2; BSF2; CDF; HGF; HSF; IFN-beta-2. The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_000600
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible CMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression (without any induction) or used for inducible expression upon tetracycline or Dox induction when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present.
A RFP_Blasticidin (Fluorescent-Antibiotic) Fusion dual marker under the RSV promoter allows fluorescence sorting or blasticidin resistance selection of transduced cells.
