Description
Lentivirus express human codon-optimized AsCas12a_mutant (click to see its Amino-acid sequence) under enhanced EF1α promoter, with a NLS (Nuclear Localization Signal) for the best nuclear penetration, and FLAG tag which provides a convenient tool to detect or purify the expressed AsCas12a enzyme. It also contains a Neomycin antibiotic marker for the selection of the transduced cells. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
The Following mutations were engineered to enhances CRISPR gene editing success rate.
Application: used for CRISPR gene editing; purification of Cas12a enzyme; generate Cas12a expression stable cell lines.
