Description
Lentivirus express human codon-optimized AsCas12a_mutant (click to see its Amino-acid sequence) under enhanced EF1α promoter with a NLS (Nuclear Localization Signal) for the best nuclear penetration, and FLAG tag which provides a convenient tool to detect or purify the expressed AsCas12a enzyme. It also contains RFP fluorescent marker and Blasticidin antibiotic selection for the selection of the transduced cells (dual selection marker). See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
The Following mutations were engineered to enhances CRISPR gene editing success rate.
Application: used for CRISPR gene editing; purification of Cas12a enzyme; generate Cas12a expression stable cell lines.
Amount: 1×10^8 IFU/mlx 200ul (provided in PBS solution, premixed with 10x Polybrene, 60ug/ml)
