h CD274 / PDL1 (6His) Expression Lentivirus

SKU: LVP1077 Categories: ,

Lentivirus expresses human target, CD274 / PDL1 (human CD274 molecule) (alternative name: B7-H; B7H1; PD-L1; PDCD1L1; PDCD1LG1; PDL1). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region  in NCBI ID: NM_014143.

The target is expressed with C-terminal 6His tag under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression (without any induction) or used for inducible expression with tetracycline or Dox induction when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present.

A RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual marker under the RSV promoter allows fluorescence sorting or blasticidin resistance selection of  transduced cells.  The RFP signal additionally provides convenient, real-time monitoring of the particles’ performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).

Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 10x of polybrene (60 ug/ml). (Note:  See also mouse version of this product, CAT#: LVP1418) and the version under EF1a promoter with only Blasticidin selection, CAT#: LVP1502-Bsd).
