Description
This Pre-made Lentivirus expresses human target, HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, A transcript variant 1 ( A*02:01 / A*03:01:01:01). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_002116. / (AA seq: AAA76608.2 )
The full sequence-verified target is expressed under the enhanced EF1a promoter. It also contains a Hygromycin selection marker (see lentivector scheme above). See Product Manual for details.
