Description
Pre-made Lentivirus express human target: MMP9 (alternative name: CLG4B; GELB; MANDP2; MMP-9), with ORF sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_004994.2.
The target is natively expressed under a optional inducible CMV promoter (Note: The inducible expression is an optional feature. This product constitutively express the target, and can be turned into inducible when paired with its repressor lentivirus, TetR).
A RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual selection marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
