Description
The Human SW1990 cells is a cancer cell line derived from human pancreatic adenocarcinom’s epithelial cells in spleen metastasis site. This cell line is widely used in pancreatic cancer research.
Gentarget generated this GFP reporter cells, transformed from human SW1990 cell line by lentivirus expressing enhance GFP fluorescent marker. GFP was expressed under the constitutive EF1a Promoter. Cell line contains a Puromycin (Puro) antibiotic selection marker.
The follow expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
