human P53 Inducible Expression Cell line

Transformed from HEK293 cells, this cell line expresses the human P53 gene. upon addition of Tetracycline. The P53 is expressed under an inducible suCMV promoter.

The cell line constitutively expresses the repressor protein (tetR) which stop the P53 expression. The P53 expression only occurs when the inducer, tetracycline was added into the culture medium. The following two expression cassettes were inserted into cell’s genome.

This cells demonstrate strong RFP signal which is constantly expressed, carrying both Blasticidin and puromycin resistance.
