Description
Lentivirus express human codon-optimized SaCas9 endonuclease (from Staphylococcus aureus) under suCMV promoter, with a NLS (Nuclear Localization Signal) at its N-terminal, for the best nuclear penetration. It contains a Neomycin (G418) antibiotic marker for the selection of the transduced cells. See details in Product Manual here (.pdf).
