Description
Pre-made YFP lentivial particles containing codon optimized Yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) marker under suCMV promoter. A Blasticidin antibiotic selection under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. The following scheme showed the lentivector core structure:

Application:
- monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
- create YFP expression stable cell line (via Blasticidin selection);

Amount: 1 x 107 IFU/ml x 200ul provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS, 60ug/ml polybrene.
