Description
Lentivirus expresses human target, CD26 (DPP4) (dipeptidyl peptidase 4) (alternative name: ADABP; ADCP2; CD26; DPPIV; TP103). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001935.
The target is expressed under the enhanced EF1a promoter, containing Puromycin selection. see the expression cassette in the scheme below:
The engineer EF1a promoter is less cell-type-dependent and not be silenced In vitro and In vivo, also strong in many primary cells and T cells, B cells, and more.
